A bit of background,

I grew up in a home where movement, music, faith, and food were part of everyday life. These practices naturally seep into my professional work, almost instinctively and naturally influence my approach to collaboration, creativity, and care for others. Whether I’m working with community groups, developing productions with dance professionals, or exploring how policy impacts daily life, I return again and again to these practices that are rooted in love, kindness, and social justice.

My work lives at the intersection of movement, policy, and artistic development. I focus on building bridges between sectors, disciplines, and people and on advocating for fair, sustainable working conditions across the cultural and creative sectors.

Most recently, I’ve partnered with a range of organisations, including the Greater London Authority (GLA), the British Council, Trinity Laban and Artistic Directors of the Future, leading and contributing to multidisciplinary projects that span across performance, engagement, and advocacy.

With a background in Musical Theatre and Contemporary Dance, Movement Psychotherapy, and Cultural Policy, I’m committed to influencing a sector that promotes equity, equality, and the positive representation of those most often left at the margins of society through art and policy intervention.
